Terms of Service

Acceptance
By adding or using SuperStar, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s applicable Terms of Service and policies. If you use SuperStar for a server, you confirm that you have authority to manage that server.
Appropriate use
You may use SuperStar only in compliance with applicable law, Discord’s rules, and these Terms. Do not use the bot to harass others, evade moderation, abuse Discord’s systems, or violate another person’s rights.
Server administration
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how they configure SuperStar, including permissions, moderation actions, ticket transcript access, and welcome or leave messages. Configure private channels carefully and give the bot only the permissions it needs.
Anonymous SuperStar growth metrics
SuperStar records aggregate counts of servers using the bot and member joins and leaves to understand SuperStar’s growth, measure milestones, and improve the project. The project owner’s private, local growth tracker displays combined rates and totals only. It does not show server names, server IDs, member names, or member IDs to Renaissance Studios. The tracker is a standalone app that runs on the project owner’s computer and is not part of the SuperStar website. Operational data needed for SuperStar’s server features remains within SuperStar’s systems as described in the Privacy Policy; it is not displayed by the growth tracker. These growth metrics are not used to reduce or withhold creator payments.
Availability
SuperStar is provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. The project team may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, policy compliance, or to prevent abuse.
Privacy and support
Use of SuperStar is also governed by the Privacy Policy. For support, deletion requests, or questions about these Terms, contact the project team through the SuperStar Discord server.
