Privacy Policy

When a server administrator enables server analytics, SuperStar records that server's member joins and leaves, message counts, and active-member counts for its dashboard. It stores Discord user IDs for members who send messages while server analytics are enabled, but does not store message content for dashboard analytics. Separately, SuperStar records project-wide daily join and leave totals and current member counts across all communities for an owner-only growth report. These aggregate project metrics do not contain member IDs or message activity; people in multiple communities count once per community.

SuperStar stores server configuration, moderation warnings, ticket records, verification settings, custom-command settings, and its server-admin allowlist. For dashboard accounts it stores the Discord account ID, display name, avatar URL, connected servers, dashboard sessions, and a hash of each dashboard key; the plaintext key is shown only once. Ticket transcripts are sent only to the transcript channel selected by that server’s administrators.

Data is used only to provide and operate SuperStar’s moderation, security, verification, ticket, welcome-message, and server-management features. SuperStar does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Bot configuration, analytics, and dashboard records are stored in Supabase. SuperStar sends content to Discord only as needed to provide its features, such as messages, moderation logs, and ticket transcripts. It does not share data with unrelated third parties.

Server administrators control their server’s configuration and channels. To request deletion or correction of data associated with SuperStar, contact the project team through the SuperStar Discord server. Data may be retained when needed for a configured feature, security, or legal obligation.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored data. This policy may be updated as SuperStar changes; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
